This software is now available on the Android platform and also a web based panel is available to enter information about your drugs and medical equipment in this application. In addition, you can view reports such as drug consumption threshold, drug consumption by users and updating the drug information database, register and accessibility of users and etc through this management panel on the web platform.

Installation

To set up the crash cart management automation, you only need an install T-CODE application on your mobile phone to scan the QRCODE related to each drug category when using drugs. In addition to that, you can use the t-code application to access the medication checklist and information related to each crash cart and its contents by your mobile. Information such as the amount of medicine, its expiration time, and information about the use of medicine can be seen in this application, and you can even access the list of medicines available in the past.

About us …

I am Amir Bigdeli, a computer software engineer and an entrepreneur of T-CODE project. As far as I remember i was born in family that mother and father worked in medical society. The idea of this app came to me when I went to visit my mother in the hospital.

This application was developed for organizing and optimal use of medicines,in addition, several years of experience in the management of medical centers and useful informatics solutions for innovation in the management of medical centers This led to the addition of various other features later.

The idea, design and investment of this project was carried out by engineer Amir Bigdeli in 2018 and it is currently available for sale at HESPARTO ABZAR company to all medical centers.

What we do

This app is aimed to solve this problem with a very simple yet efficient environment. First of all, you can prepare all your CRASH CART content according to the relevant regulations and guidelines of your country’s health organization OR WHO in the arrangement and the number of drugs through this application.

The next goal, which was one of the most important goals of this project, is to update the expiration date and availability of these medicinal contents and equipment, which can save a person’s life in an emergency. Until today, you had to manually check the MEDICINE’S dates everyday through manual checklists and examine what medicine was missing or expired..

But now you just need to enter the app and easily see that this application does these things for you and when a nurse uses medicine. It is as simple as scanning the qr code of the divider of that drug with your tablet or personal phone. That drug is removed from the CRASH CART database and registered under the name of that nurse. On the other hand, you can check the statistics of the consumption of a particular drug in the management panel of this web-based application.

Or get the statistics of drug consumption by a certain nurse during the month or year and make a decision for your own drug consumption per capita. You don’t need to buy a new crash cart and you can use this application to manage your crash carts intelligently. We have understood all your needs in this field and created a solution

Last but not least… reduction in costs

some medicines such as Furosemide or Calcium Gluconate, which must always be present in these trolleys, typically remain in the trolley until they expire. But in this app, we classify drugs in three ways, one, drugs that are more than 3 months past their expiration date and are shown in green color.
